The Estlink2 installation consists of an iPad (running the app) which is fixed on top of a transparent tube. The tube represents a cutout of the ocean floor whereas the iPad serves as a kind of window. Through it you can see the Estlink2 sea cable, which is the second high voltage connection between FInland and Estonia.
The app serves as an information center about the cable installation to the viewer. The viewer can learn about the impact of the cable on the nature, see the different layers the cable consists off and more.
